Choose “login using member number” and input the 6-digit number listed in the confirmation above under “Number”. In the left-hand menu, select “2020 Collaborative Art of Filmmaking” to return to our conversation selection menu. Select “View More” on the conversation you want to watch, and then “Click to Stream” to begin!
How do I watch the film? Do I need to download an app?
Click on the link in your email confirmation and watch on any device connected to the internet.
Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket?
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
I bought a ticket for The Collaborative Art of Filmmaking virtual festival. When can I stream the conversations?
You can watch the conversations anytime between 10/8/2020 at 12:01 AM and 10/11/2020 at 11:59 PM. Your access to the conversation expires 48 hours after you click play, or at 11:59 PM EST on Sunday, October 11, 2020, whichever comes first. Links to access the conversations are usable by only one device so you will not be able to share links with others.
Can I pause and rewind?
Yes, you will have 48 hours to complete your viewing from the time you press play, so make sure you have your popcorn ready! Links to access the conversations are usable by only one device so you will not be able to share links with others.
What is a Pass?
A Pass is a credential that allows you to log in, browse and stream as many conversations as you’d like.
I bought an All Access Streaming Pass. How do I redeem my tickets?
- Login here and enter your pass number found in your pass purchase confirmation email. (See figure above).

What happens if I forget my password?
Use the password reset option on the login page to reset your password. You will need access to the e-mail address you use to log in.
Is there a limited time to purchase a pass?
There are a limited amount of passes available to purchase, however passes are available to purchase now and throughout festival dates while supplies last.
What are the system requirements?
You can watch content on PCs running Windows 7+, and Intel-based Macs running OSX 10.12+. You can also watch films on Android tablets and phones using Chrome, and on iPhones and iPads using Safari.
What are the requirements for Windows computers?
Windows 7, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10. Supported browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Opera. We recommend using the latest version of your browser. Internet Explorer is not supported.
What are the requirements for Mac computers?
Mac OSX 10.12 or later. Supported browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Opera. We recommend using the latest version of your browser.
Can I watch from any country?
PIFF Reimagined 2020 is restricted to viewing in the U.S. due to distributor agreements.
Can I watch content on my iPhone/iPad?
Yes, you can watch content using Safari on iOS 11.2 or later. Please note that you must have “Screen Mirroring” turned off for content to play.
Can I watch content on my Android Device?
Yes, you can watch content using Chrome on Android 6.0 or later.
Can I Chromecast content?
You can Chromecast from a Chrome web browser on PC and Mac computers as well as Android devices by selecting the cast button in the bottom right-hand side of the player.
Can I AirPlay to my AppleTV?
You can AirPlay from most browsers if you have Apple TV by selecting the cast button in the bottom right-hand side of the player.
Can I Mirror my iPhone or iPad to play on my TV?
Yes, but you must have Apple TV do to so.
- Connect your iOS device to the same Wi-Fi network as your Apple TV or AirPlay 2-compatible smart TV.
- Open your Control Center by swiping up from the bottom
- Tap Screen Mirroring.
- Select your Apple TV or AirPlay 2-compatible smart TV from the list.
Why does video playback stall or not play smoothly?
We use adaptive bitrate streaming which means the streaming quality will automatically adjust based on your internet speed. If your internet connection is poor or inconsistent you may experience problems during playback. If you’re on wifi, try moving closer to your router.
I followed the directions, but I am still having problems playing the film. What should I do?
Try using a different browser. Some sites do not work with Safari. If you are using Safari as your web browser, try switching to Chrome or Firefox. If you are still having issues, please email email@example.com for help.
